Before you can use or interact with Approval Assets, you must have access to your Mox workspace and have a role other than View and Download or View Only.

Note: We do not recommend using filenames containing any of the following characters: # | : " < > ? and /

Step 1: On the Home page of your workspace, click on one of your existing projects shown in My Projects. This will open your selected project.

Step 2: On the OVERVIEW tab of your project, in the Assets section, click + Add Assets.

From the drop-down menu either,

  1. Select Upload Files. In the upload files dialog window, click Browse Files or drag and drop your approval files to the window. When you have collected all your files, select Add Asset As - Approval Asset, then click Upload; or

  2. Select + Add File from Library to select your approval files. From your Asset library, search or filter to find your approval files. Then, select these files by clicking the upper-left corner of the thumbnails. When you have all your files selected, select Add Asset As - Approval Asset, then click Select.

Step 3: Your approval assets are added to your project. These assets will be shown in the Mox Review tool in the right-hand panel and can aid the visual inspection of the approval assets to ensure accuracy.
