Mox offers pre-configured templates in each workspace. These templates allow for quick project setup and flexibility to modify to meet your specific project needs.

Currently, your Mox workspace is set up with four pre-configured templates. To view the templates, click on the Settings button from the left navigation bar, then Project Templates.

The current templates are:

Sample Packaging Template

This template has four tasks that occur concurrently; an Upload Reference File, an Upload Approval Asset, a Review & Approve, and a Lock File & Move to Library.

Packaging Artwork Template

This template has nine total tasks, with four of the approval tasks occurring in parallel.

Packaging Multi-SKUs Artwork Template

This template offers the setup of 2 sub-projects, called SKUs. Each SKU is a mirror of the Packaging Artwork Template, nine total tasks with four of the approval tasks occurring in parallel.

Sample Marketing Template

This template is created for a Marketing Campaign and has four tasks that occur concurrently; Hold Marketing Campaign Meeting, Add Asset from Library, Review & Approve and Lock and Move Approve Asset to Library.

Once your project is created, you have the ability to modify Task Name, assign Task Owner, assign Due Date, add/remove Task Dependencies as well as create additional tasks or delete tasks.
