Before creating an approval task, you must have access to your Mox workspace and a role other than View and Download or View Only. This procedure will apply to current and future assets in your project. If you need to have approval tasks in your project that are used for select assets, see “How to Create an Approval Task for SPECIFIC assets in your project” for help.

Step 1: From the Home or Projects page, navigate to one of your projects and open it.

Step 2: On the OVERVIEW page in the Assets section of your project, select all Assets that you want to obtain Approval on. Click on the Request Approval icon, (third icon to the left of the Review button). Provide a name for your task. Enter an Owner and Due Date (optional).

Note: If the 'owner' is not already a Mox team member, enter the email address into the field, and click Invite. The newly invited member will receive an email to join your mox workspace.

Step 3: (Optional) If you need to convert the task to a standard task in the Approval Candidates section, click and select X Remove Candidates. See “How to Create a Standard Task” if you need help on other configuration details.

Step 4: (Optional) If the task will be dependent on other tasks, you can add Dependencies.

Step 5: When you finish editing the approval task, click on your project's OVERVIEW page to close the task details.
