Before you can use or interact with Reference Files, you must have access to your Mox workspace and have a role other than View and Download or View Only.

Note: We do not recommend using filenames containing any of the following characters: # | : " < > ? and /

Step 1: On the Home page of your workspace, click on one of your existing projects shown in My Projects. This will open your selected project.

Step 2: On the OVERVIEW tab of your project, in the Assets section, click + Add Assets.

From the drop-down menu,

  1. Select Upload Files. In the upload files dialog window, click Browse Files or drag-and-drop your reference files to the window. When you have collected all your files, select to Add Asset As - Reference FIle(s), then click Upload; or

  1. Select + Add File from Library to select your reference files. From your Asset library, search or filter to find your reference files. Then, select these files by clicking the upper-left corner of the thumbnails. When you have all your files selected, select Add Asset As - Reference File(s), then click Select.

Step 3: Your reference files are added to your project. These files will be shown in the Mox Review tool in the right-hand panel and can aid the visual inspection of the approval assets to ensure that they are accurate.
