There may be an instance where the incorrect asset or reference file was uploaded to the project.

Note: If you are a task performer, you will need to ask a project manager to remove the file or you can upload a new version.

If you have a workspace or account owner role you can remove the file from the project overview.

Removing an Asset

Step 1: Open the project that contains the asset that needs to be removed.

Step 2: On the project OVERVIEW tab, select or hover over the asset you want to remove.

Step 3:Click the More (...) menu, and select Remove Asset.

Step 4: Click OK on the confirmation. A dialog window will appear to inform you about your requested action. Click OK to proceed (or Cancel to keep the asset).

Note: This will delete all versions of the asset

Removing a Reference File

Step 1: Open the project that contains the reference file that needs to be removed.

Step 2: On the project OVERVIEW tab, select or hover over the reference file you want to remove.

Step 3: Click on the trash can to Remove Reference.

Step 4: Click OK on the confirmation. A dialog window will appear to inform you about your requested action. Click OK to proceed (or Cancel to keep the reference file).
