As a member of a project, you can download assets or reference files from the project.

Use cases for downloading are:

  • Distribute project assets or reference files to an outside vendor or stakeholder that isn't a member of your Mox workspace.

  • A designer may need to download references to create the artwork.


Download Assets or Reference Files from the general task performer page

Step 1: From the Home page, click on your general task to open the task performer page.

Step 2: To download a single asset or reference file, select or hover over the file you want to download.

Step 3: Click on the Download button. The file will download to your browser's default location for downloads.

Step 4: To download multiple, select the assets or reference files you want to download.

Step 5: Click on the Download button that is adjacent to the number of assets or reference files selected at the top of the Assets or Reference Files section. The files will download to your browser's default location for downloads as a zip file.


Download a Single Asset or Reference File from the Project

Step 1: Open the project that contains the Asset or Reference File that you want to download.

Step 2: On the project OVERVIEW tab, select or hover over the asset or reference file you want to download.

Step 3: Click on the Download button. The file will download to your browser's default location for downloads.


Download Multiple Assets or Reference Files from the Project

Step 1: Open the project that contains the Assets or Reference Files that you want to download.

Step 2: On the project OVERVIEW tab, select the multiple assets or reference files you want to download.

Step 3: Click on the Download button that is adjacent to the number of assets or reference files selected at the top of the Assets or Reference Files section. The files will download to your browser's default location for downloads as a zip file.
