As a Project Reviewer, Task Editor, or Project Manager, you can generate a proof report that provides a PDF summary of all annotations, approvals, and changes requested for all versions of the selected assets.

Use cases for generating a proof report are:

  • Project history is nice, but it can't depict what is shown in the proof report in grand detail, i.e. showing the annotation placement that is key to effecting changes. This is the best track record that Mox offers. To go a step further, upload the proof report as a reference file to keep it with your project.

  • Provides a nice summary of the changes that were requested and made, with the marked-up area.

  • If working with an external designer or stakeholder, you may need to provide the feedback in PDF report format.

  • Proof reports are supported for document, image, and mp4 video formats.
