What is the difference between an Approval Asset and a Reference File?
Approval Asset(s)
An Approval Asset is a file that is uploaded within a Project and routed for Review/Approval by various team members.
Approval Assets are considered "Under Review" when added to a Project.
Examples of an Approval Asset(s) are:
full packaging carton layout
front, back, or neck packaging label
corrugate
Reference Files
Reference Files are supporting files that can be viewed next to the Approval Asset(s) to verify that their content is correct.
Examples of Reference File(s) are:
regulatory requirements
project briefing
product shot
marketing requirements
