Before using project dashboards, you must have access to your Mox workspace.
In this help article, we will cover filtering by Status, filtering by Start Date, Due Date, and Completed Date, Attribute, and Exporting to CSV.
Dashboard cards are only on the overall Projects list page.
Default view shows projects that are In Progress, On Track, At Risk, Overdue, and Paused.
Account Owners and Workspace Owners have the ability to see across all projects in the given workspace.
View Only, View & Download roles will only have visibility to projects that they've been invited to participate.
Editor, and LIbrarian roles will only have visibility to projects they own or were invited to participate.
Dashboards Overview

By default, it includes all active projects for All Dates.

Viewing the Dashboards
Step 1: Navigate to the Projects list page of your workspace.
On the top right, you will see the Active Projects by Status dashboard, the top left will show the Projects Created dashboard, and below that will be the Completed Projects dashboard.
Directly below the dashboard cards, you will see the full list of projects.
Filter by Project Manager
Step 1: On the Projects page of your workspace, open the Project panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.
Step 2: Click the arrow to the left of Project Manager to open up the selection box.
Step 3: Click in the selection box to select an owner.
The dashboard cards will be updated in real time based on your new Project Manager filter.
Filter by Status
Step 1: On the Projects page of your workspace, open the Project panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.
Step 2: Check or uncheck any status that you want to add or remove from the list of projects and the dashboard.
The dashboard cards will be updated in real time based on your new Status filters.
Filter by Start Date
Step 1: On the Projects page of your workspace, open the Project panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.
Step 2: Click the arrow to the left of Start Date to open up the choices.
Step 3: Click on the All Dates dropdown to select Today, Past Week, Past Month, Past Year, or select a Custom Date Range.
The dashboard cards will be updated in real time based on your new Start Date filter.
Filter by Due Date
Step 1: On the Projects page of your workspace, open the Project panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.
Step 2: Click the arrow to the left of Due Date to open up the choices.
Step 3: Click on the All Dates dropdown to select Upcoming Year, Upcoming Month, Upcoming, Week, Today, Past Week, Past Month, Past Year, or Custom Date Range.
The dashboard cards will be updated in real time based on your new Due Date filter.
Filter by Completed Date
Note: If you filter by Completed Date and do not have the status of Completed selected, you will not see any projects or dashboard cards.
Step 1: On the Projects page of your workspace, open the Project panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.
Step 2: Click the arrow to the left of Completed Date to open up the choices.
Step 3: Click on the All Dates dropdown to select Today, Past Week, Past Month, Past Year, or select a Custom Date Range.
The dashboard cards will be updated in real time based on your new Completed Date filter.
Filter by Attribute
Step 1: On the Projects page of your workspace, open the Project panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.
Step 2: Click the arrow to the left of any Attribute to open up the values.
Step 3: Select one or many attribute values.
The dashboard cards will be updated in real time based on your new Attribute filter.
Filter by Search
Step 1: Navigate to the Projects list page of your workspace.
Step 2: Type any project keyword into the Search Projects text box. Mox will return project(s) that contains the keyword in the Project Name.
(This example shows all projects with the word "Test" in the name)
The dashboard cards will be updated in real time based on your new Search filter.
Exporting to CSV
Step 1: Navigate to the Projects list page of your workspace.
Step 2: Click on the Download button above Active Projects by Status dashboard card.
Step 3: The file will download to your browser's default location for downloads.
The CSV will contain all the rows in view on the project page, with the same columns and sorting. The CSV also shows how the list was filtered and sorted when it was exported.
