Before you can search for assets, you must have access to your Mox workspace.

Step 1: On the Assets page of your workspace, open the Assets panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.

Step 2: There are 2 ways to locate a specific asset: using the Search box and Filter by.

  1. Search Assets - Using the Assets Search box, type in any one specific keyword related to the Asset(s) you are searching for. (Ex: the asset name, name of product, size, packaging type, asset type, or any words that you are within the asset file).

Note: Embedded File Data, any piece of information that is included in the file info from its original source, is also searchable using the Asset Search Box.

    2. Filter by Attribute - Using this feature, you are able to narrow down your search using the Attributes you assigned to the asset when uploading it via a Project or directly into your Library.

Adding Asset Attributes as you build out your Mox Library, allows you to simplify the process of searching.
