Project owners and workspace administrators can see at a glance which projects are on time, at risk of being late, or overdue.
This status is shown using color coding on the project list (ex; on-track = green, at risk = yellow, and overdue = red.)
Project Statuses
In Progress projects can be overdue, at risk, or on track based on the following criteria:
Overdue | The project due date has passed and there is at least one task in the project that is not complete | Red |
At Risk | The project due date is within 7 days and 20% or more of the tasks are not yet complete | Yellow |
On Track | The project is neither At Risk or Overdue | Green |
Completed: All tasks in the project are completed
Archived: The project is archived. It will no longer appear on the Home page under My Projects.
Paused: The project is paused and requires a project manager to resume it.
