To view and search for tasks, you must have access to your Mox workspace.

Completed | green |
Task Due Date & Completion Date
Managing task due dates is a project manager's responsibility. You can set and view the due dates on the project task list or in the task detail panel.
Note: Due dates and Completion dates are displayed in UTC time.
Due Dates
Tasks may or may not be set up with a Due Date. Key points to know about Due Dates are:
Due dates are not required.
The due date drives the associated task color and the overdue & at risk task "indicators."
Only tasks that are set up with a due date will show the status color. If no due date is set, the status color will remain dark gray.
Due dates are represented with a calendar icon in the Due Date column.
Task due dates do not adjust if previous tasks are ahead of schedule or late. The dates set by the project owner are static, but they may be modified as the project progresses.
Completion Dates
When a task is completed, they are hidden in the overall project Task list. To view the completed tasks, click on Show Completed.
Completed Dates are represented with a checkmark next to the date in the Due/Completed Date column. Completed dates are set automatically by Mox when a user completes their task.
Task Due Dates are represented with a calendar icon in the Due/Completed Date column.
Using the Search Tasks Keyword Box
To view a task in your project quickly, type any task keyword into the Search Tasks text box, (text is not case-sensitive). This is useful when you have many tasks in your project.
(This example shows all tasks with the word "Legal" in the name, 2 results)
Note: to include tasks that are already completed, you must have Show Completed checked.
To see all tasks in your project, clear the search criteria.
My Tasks - Mox Home Page
As a Task Owner, you can view your tasks via the Mox home page as well as when in the project.
The Home Page will show In Progress tasks that are on time, at risk or overdue. Tasks without a due date, (Regulatory task below), also show on the home page.
Pending, canceled, completed, and paused tasks only appear on the project overview page for the Project Manager.s
