Before sharing an asset, you must have access to your Mox workspace and a role other than View Only. You can share any asset as long as you have permission to download it.

Sending an asset link is a great way to quickly share an asset with someone who is not a member of your Mox team. Anyone with the link will have access to it for seven days; after seven days, the link will expire.

You can only send a link for one asset at a time. This option is not available when multiple assets are selected.

Step 1: On the Assets page of your workspace, open the Assets panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.

Step 2: Select the asset you want to share.

Step 3: Click on the More Actions (...), menu adjacent to the Upload button. Click on Get Download Link.

Step 4: Confirm the correct asset you want to share is the one provided in the link. Click on Copy link to clipboard and then click on Close.

Step 5: Share the link using email or your company's messaging app for easy sharing.

Note: When sharing a link via email, the recipient can click the link to download the asset. If that doesn't work, then they should select the entire download link and paste it into a browser window. The file should then download.
