Before you can resize assets, you must have access to your Mox workspace and have a role equal to or higher than a View or View and Download.
The Convert Asset feature allows you to resize your assets or download a copy in JPG or PNG format for use in eCommerce.
Step 1: On the Assets page of your workspace, open the Assets panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.
Step 2: Select the Assets you want to resize.
(Note: Recommendation is to only use convert asset in smaller sets of assets because each file will be downloaded separately.)
Step 3: Click on the More Actions icon and click on Convert Asset.
Step 4: A Convert Asset dialog will appear on screen confirming the assets to convert. Choose your desired file Format and the file Resolution. Click Convert.
(Note: If you select an asset that cannot be converted, you will see a message stating that the assets do not support conversion.)
Step 5: Upon clicking Convert, your assets will automatically download.
