Before you can preview assets, you must have access to your Mox workspace. Anyone who has access to the asset will be allowed to preview it.

Video preview works for a wide range of formats, including MP4, MOV, WMV, FLV, and AVI.

Previewing in a Project

When in a project, you can preview video files that are assets and references by clicking on the thumbnail, which will take you into preview mode.

Previewing in Asset Library

Step 1: On the Assets page of your workspace, open the Assets panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.

Step 2: Select the video asset you want to preview.

Step 3: (Optional) Sample the video by moving your cursor across the thumbnail.

Step 4: Click on the Preview button.

Step 5: After clicking Preview, the asset will open up in preview mode. While in preview mode, you can:

  • Play the video.

  • Turn the volume on/off, (if the video has sound).

  • Enter full-screen mode, (ESC to exit full-screen).

Step 6: To leave the preview mode and return to the main asset window, click on the arrow left of the asset name in the upper left corner of the window.
