Before you can create a project, you must have access to your Mox workspace and have a role other than View and Download or View Only.

Creating a Project without default Tasks

Step 1: On the Home page or Projects page of your workspace, click + Create Project.

Step 2: A window will appear to create a new project. Enter a name for your project.

Step 3: (Optional) Click in the Due Date field to add a date. If your schedule changes, you can update it later. Click in the Notes section to add anything you want to mention about your project.

Note: Project due dates are displayed in UTC timezone.

Step 4: Keep the default 'None' for the Project Template.

Step 5: (Optional) Select your workflow setting, which will determine the behaviour when changes are requested on a file.

Step 6: (Optional) Tag your project with any applicable Project Attributes, which can be defined now or later in your workflow.

Step 7: Click Create. A new window opens showing an overview of your new project.

Building out your newly created Project

These steps show you how to create Tasks quickly using the inline task creation on the Overview tab.

It is recommended Pausing the project before making any changes to the workflow assignments.

Step 1: If you are continuing from Creating a Project without default Tasks (above), go to Step 2. Otherwise, from the Home page or Projects page of your workspace, click on your newly created project.

Step 2: From within the Tasks box, click on Create Task.

Step 3: Enter a Name for your task, select the Owner, (optional) set a task Due Date, (optional) click on the box if this is an Approval Task.

Note: Task due dates are displayed in UTC timezone.

Step 4: Click on the Checkmark to create the task.

After task created, click on the task row to view its details and add any notes to it.

Step 5: Repeat steps 2 thru 4 until you have all of the Tasks needed for your Project.
