Eligibility to complete General Tasks
The task owner, sub-project owner, project owner, project managers, as well as any user in the workspace with Workspace Owner or Account Owner role can complete general tasks.
Eligibility to complete Approval Tasks
The task owner is the only user who can complete the approval task if there are assets.
If there are no assets associated with the approval task, the project owner, project managers, sub-project owner, as well any user with Workspace Owner or Account Owner role can mark the task as complete.
