Workspace roles define what access and permissions you will have throughout Mox, such as whether you are allowed to view all projects or just those you have been invited to participate in. A workspace role is assigned to a user when inviting a user to your workspace. Once a role has been set, you may edit the user’s role on the Team page.

You may also have a collection or project role which grants additional permissions for that collection or project.

*This function is restricted by your workspace role. Only an Account Owner or Workspace Owner can perform this action. The Workspace Owner can still perform this action even if they are simply a Task Editor in the project.
