How can I change the number of users in my current plan?

The number of users can be increased via My Subscriptions in your Mox account and would take effect immediately, with an additional charge for added licenses.

To reduce the number of users, please contact Customer Success through the chat function. A reduction in the number of users will take place at the next billing cycle.
