Can I cancel my account?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You may cancel your subscription from the My Subscription section of your Mox account.

After submitting your cancellation request, you will continue to have access to your Mox account until the end of your billing cycle. No credit is offered for canceling an account prior to the end of a billing cycle.
