Before you can create collection from selection, you must have access to your Mox workspace and have a role other than View and Download or View Only.
Step 1: On the Assets page of your workspace, open the Assets panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.
Step 2: Select the asset or assets that you want to reside in a collection.
Step 3: Select Create Collection from Selection, (sixth icon to the left of the Upload button) or + Create Collection.
Step 4: In the Create Collection window, type a name for the new collection.
Step 5: From the Type drop-down, choose what type of collection to be created.
To keep the collection private, select Only you can see this collection.
To share the collection, select Share with a group or specific team members. When you select this option, you must enter the group or team members and select a role from the drop-down menu.
Step 6: When you are finished, click Create. The new collection is added to the Assets panel.
