Before you can remove assets from a collection, you must have access to your Mox workspace and be the Collection Owner or be assigned the Librarian or Editor role for the collection.

Step 1: On the Assets page of your workspace, open the Assets panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.

Step 2: Click on the collection that contains assets that you want to remove. Select the asset or assets that you want to remove.

Step 3: Select Remove Assets from Collection. It will also reference the name of your collection when you hover over this button.

Step 4: In the Remove From Collection window, if you are ready to remove the selected assets, click Remove. The selected assets are removed from the collection and will no longer be present in All Assets for those groups/users of the shared collection. For those that uploaded the assets, they will still see them in My Assets and All Assets.
