Before you can add to a collection, you must have access to your Mox workspace and be the Collection Owner or be assigned the Librarian or Editor role for the collection.
Step 1: On the Assets page of your workspace, open the Assets panel on the left-hand side if it is collapsed.
Step 2: Select the assets that you want to add to a collection. Click Add Assets To Collection, (fifth icon to the left of the Upload button.)
Step 3: In the Add Assets To Collection window, start typing a name or use the drop-down to choose a collection.
Step 4: When you are finished, click Add. The selected assets are added to the collection.
