If you have forgotten your password or you want to reset your current password, perform the following steps.

Step 1: Navigate to your Mox log-in page.

(If you do not have the URL bookmarked, visit https://moxsoftware.com/ and click on the Sign In button).

Step 2: Click on Forgot Password?

Step 3: Type in the email address for your Mox account and click on Send Instructions.

Step 4: Check your email for a reset link, with the subject, reset Mox Account Password. Click on the Continue to Sign In button.

Step 5: You will be instructed to answer your forgotten password challenge question which you selected on account sign-up. Once answered, click on Reset Password.

Step 6: Following the password requirements, enter a New password, Repeat the password and click on the Reset Password button.

Step 7: Enter your Email and the newly updated Password, and click Sign In. You will now have access to your Mox workspace.
